Amber Park en bloc News
The old Amber Park Condo was wholly owned by City Development (CDL) in 1980s and this piece of land was bought over by CDL joint venture together with Hong Realty Pte Ltd. The previous Amber Park was built in 1986 and comprises 200 units.
Amber Park is situated in the prime residential district of Katong and East Coast therefore it has attracted a lot of developer trying to bid for the land.
